Eminently Configurable

GreenFolders was designed so that its many strengths and features can be leveraged in many different applications. The file system and document handling capabilities of GreenFolders are particularly suited to businesses that deal with a variety of documents that relate to each other in some way (as in a client, case or file). While GreenFolders can help virtually any organization reduce its addiction to paper, the upside is especially large for businesses that are particularly "document-driven."

Templates, Integrations and Connections

Every industry has unique functions or tasks that are part of its work process. To help our customers get started quickly, we have developed industry-specific templates, which consist of the following:

  • pre-configured document type lists
  • industry-specific reference data fields and forms
  • file separators or "tabs" to organize file content
  • file status values to manage work flow and work load
  • industry specific document mark-up tools
  • typical user groups, roles, and file access settings

We also understand that no new system is installed in a vacuum. Your business probably already has several data systems—with years of work on shared file servers, in enterprise databases or in document image systems-that you'll want to import into GreenFolders.

To make this process easier, we've worked with many data system companies to provide pre-built integrations. Integrations allow you to access your data from your legacy production systems. This allows your data production system and your file production system to share the same data, and can serve as a bridge from a part-paper office to a truly paperless one.
